Wednesdays: 6am / 7:30am / 12PM / 5:30pm / 6:30pm

Thursdays:  9:00am / 6:00pm

Fridays:  6am / 7:30am / 12PM / 6:00pm

Saturdays: 9am (Alternating weeks of Open Gym and Team WOD’s)
